All original inserts are included and are in near mint condition. The records are flawless and there is only minimal signs of shelf-wear on some of the corners of the case itself.

The most noticeable flaw is a scratch on the spine (pictured) that actually occurred before I even received the package containing this item. I honestly don't want to sell this, especially since only 5,000 were made, but sometimes life isn't interested in our wants, and if it goes to someone that enjoys the world of Tolkien even half as much as I do, then that, at least, will ease the sting of parting ways with such a rare and treasured item.
