And on a sad note, they were recorded not long before his tragic early death, by suicide, at age 49 in 1982. Included then are the following. 1 in G minor BWV 1001. Presto (4:02) Partita No. 1 in B minor BWV 1002.

The liner notes are reproduced on the reverse side of the box and are by the eminent critic Bernard Gavoty, printed in English only. The striking cover art is uncredited, alas. The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor. The condition of the box is EXCELLENT. There is some shelf wear, scuffing, and corner wear, but that is all. There are no seam splits, corner breaks, or other defects, and the whole remains perfectly solid, bright, and highly attractive overall, an excellent collector's copy. The condition of the 3 LPs is near-MINT throughout and playback is superb in all 3 overall, these rate as truly fine collector's copies. These are not stock images or images I've taken from other sites. FEEDBACK: I will promptly leave feedback for all buyers. Please let me know before making a return.
