For discerning music lovers these famous opera recordings require no introduction. Leontyne Price is among the greatest opera singers of all time. In these recordings (Originally RCA) she was in her prime and at here superb best. Price recorded some of these operas more than once, sometimes for other labels. For example, she made other complete recordings of some of these operas with Levine and with Solti. In this 22 CD set you have ten operas the recordings of which you will want to live with. This set has been taken out of its shrink wrap and each CD has been painstakingly tested on Cambridge Audio equipment. For the physical condition of the set, please see photos.

You should also be able to access a short video I made here. It is not easy to find this conveniently packaged set for sale nowadays. Most serious collectors will already possess the individual sets with complete librettos. But if you do not have all (or any) of these recordings already, this set may suit you.

It contains a very nice booklet with cast lists, track lists and a brief synopsis in several languages. Full libretto can be accessed online. Just use a search engine to track them down.
