Queen The Complete Works Near Mint 1985 Uk Ltd Edition 14 Lp Vinyl Boxset

Queen - The Complete Works Label:EMI - QB1 Format:14 x Vinyl, LP, Remastered, Limited Edition, Boxset Country:UK Released:1985 Genre:Rock. All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines. Unlike all my other listings I will not be play testing these lps as most appear to have never been played. I will also not be cleaning them as I believe this would more likely do more harm than good due to their near immaculate nature.

Rest assured however that they are of course not dirty and look stunning. This box set is in a near mint condition. The box itself has no splits, pen marks or serious issues and would grade as near mint.

There is little to no wear to the edges and corners with just a small and very minor'flap' on the edge of one corner(see pics). There is hardly any creasing or grubbiness but there is slight marking to the bottom. There is also some age related grubbiness and discolouring showing to the inside of the lid. The bottom section is showing little, but there is some discolouring(as shown in pictures) to the inside of the lid. The three inserts(Complete Works Booklet, Queen Tour Itinerary 1971 to 1985, Queen Map of the World) are all in nice condition and show no serious issues such as loose pages, tears or pen marks.

There is some light discolouring in parts however, such as the top edge of the tour itinerary. These would grade as EX+ due to the light discolouring places. All 14lps are in a similar near mint condition with next to nothing showing. There are no more than a couple of spindle marks on all records combined with most showing none. No labels have damage and all of the playing surfaces have a lovely lustre.

There are of course no nasty marks/scratches and most sides are spotless. All 14lp sleeves are in a really nice condition with no real wear, splits, tears, pen marks or major issues. Most would grade as NrM and are clean, bright and in top shape. The sleeve for record 1 does have some light grubbiness and marking to the embossed front however.

This is again not extreme but there is light marking showing on this sleeve. Most are NrM, with this one maybe being a solid'EX' grade, and a couple being at EX+. All 14 lps have their original inners present and split/issue free. Overall a really nice item which appears to have barely been played or used and has been stored carefully so as to avoid damage or wear. The box set will be packaged very carefully when dispatched.
